These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Love Widget mobile application ("App") operated by munstudio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Love Widget, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Love Widget. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental consent.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• Your username must not impersonate another person or brand.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it.
• You may only connect with one partner at a time through the App.

3. Account Inactivity and Deletion

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months (no logins or activity) may be permanently deleted. You will receive a warning notification if we hold a valid contact address. We are not liable for loss of content resulting from inactive-account deletion.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen or by contacting support@muntheme.com.

4. Partner Connections and Invitations

Love Widget is designed for use between two people in a committed relationship. By sending an invitation to connect, you confirm you have the consent of the person you are inviting. You must not send unsolicited or repeated invitations to users who have not accepted your request.

Sharing your invite link publicly is at your own discretion. You can revoke your invite link at any time through the App settings.

5. Content You Share

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and messages ("content") you share. By sharing content through Love Widget, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating the App.

You must not share content that:

• Is sexually explicit involving minors, abusive, threatening, or harassing.
• Violates the privacy or intellectual property rights of others.
• Violates any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.

6. Widgets and Home Screen Data

Love Widget displays data from your account directly on your device's home screen and lock screen via iOS widgets. The accuracy of dates, counters, and other data depends on the information you provide in the App. We are not responsible for errors in widget data arising from incorrect user-submitted information.

7. Advertising

Love Widget is a free app supported by advertising. By using Love Widget, you agree to receive advertisements delivered within the App. Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob and are subject to Google's terms and privacy policies.

8. In-App Purchases

Love Widget may offer optional premium features or subscriptions ("In-App Purchases") through Apple's App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. We do not offer refunds beyond what Apple's policy allows. Prices may change at any time with notice.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or content without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Send spam, unsolicited invitations, or automated content.
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.

10. Intellectual Property

All App code, design, branding, widget themes, and non-user content is the property of munstudio and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

11. Disclaimers

Love Widget is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. We are not responsible for any content shared by users.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, munstudio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, relationship content, or streak data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which munstudio is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use of Love Widget after changes constitutes your acceptance.
